Insurance Requirements

Every event and every vendor must be insured.

Event hosts and every vendor working on the property need event liability insurance that meets the minimums below, with Rancho Escondido named as additional insured. A certificate of insurance must be on file with the venue before your event.

Commercial general liability, occurrence based

Each occurrence$1,000,000

General aggregate$2,000,000

Products & completed operations aggregate$2,000,000

Personal & advertising injury$1,000,000

Damage to rented premises$1,000,000

Medical expense (any one person)$5,000

Liquor liability included if alcohol is served

Coverage dates must include your event date

Rancho Escondido named as additional insured by endorsement, with the certificate on file before the event
